Lisa was raised and spent most of her childhood life in Brooklyn along with her two sisters. She lives a happy married life with her husband called Jose Mateo. The two met in college and became sweethearts while still students. Lisa and Jose dated for several years prior to walking down the aisle on 24 September They now have a son named Jaren Mateo , and a daughter called Jiselle Mateo. Her journalism passion has grown since she was a little girl. Lisa used to write journal entries and articles back in high school.
